"I bought a gift certificate at your salon in Plan-de-Cuques. The salon has closed. I tried to get either a refund or a response from you. I went to the one in Aix, since it's under the same management. No response whatsoever. I am very unhappy and I've lost €90."

"Yesterday's visit to this salon was successful, although I do not speak French. Using Google on my phone, explain to the barber (man) what I expect. Laurent took care of my hair and professionally did the haircut exactly as I expected. The only slight discomfort is the hair dryer without air regulation which gives too hot stream, it is worth mentioning. I recommend this salon !!!"
