"This hotel is advertised as a 4-star, but it’s really more of a 3-star. Although it opened recently, it’s already poorly maintained: the rooms are in bad condition, and the materials used are of low quality. During our stay (from Friday to Saturday), there was no hot water. The only solution offered was to take a shower in the locker rooms of the sports club across the complex, unacceptable! Every morning, there was a power outage during breakfast, which made the experience even worse. Upon arrival, we had to wait over 15 minutes to check in because no one was at the front desk, and we didn’t even receive an apology for the delay. In short: poor service, lack of maintenance, and limited comfort. Choose another hotel!You’ll definitely be better received elsewhere"

"they were able to accommodate us last minute when we had a bad experience in Marsielle. This place was perfect. lovely staff who were attentive and went above and beyond for us. we ended up having to stay an extra night due to illness and it was easily accommodated as well. the restaurant was amazing as was the pool. I had a full body massage done one afternoon and it was very relaxing. we will be returning in the future. I would give 100 stars if possible."

"Newly renovated and stunning place with great food and atmosphere. We were lucky to be there within the first two weeks of opening and had a lovely experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean, brand new, high quality and the beds were very comfortable. I can highly recommend the food, both breakfast, lunch and dinner is incredibly tasty. The hotel’s business model is to cater to a wide variety of people, but there is a golf course and numerous tennis and paddle courts. There are three pools, all very clean and great to have a swim in. I highly recommend this place, we liked it so much that we stayed an additional night."
