As a true wine enthusiast, I really struggle to find what I'm looking for in wine shops: wines I don't know, endless discussions among fellow enthusiasts, rare wines that only the wealthy buy on a secondary market that is unfortunately all too prevalent in my opinion... I can't wait to go back and see them!"

"I gave the Wine Shop a rating of 1, because it does not appear to have timely customer experiences. I have sent a number of emails about tastings and wine purchases over the past 2 months, to NO AVAIL. I have received no responses, nor even acknowledgements. Is this wine shop still in buesines?"
