"The service was utterly appalling! I'm a regular customer, buying a bottle every week. When I asked for a specific bottle, the salesperson told me it was reserved for loyal customers. I'd like to know what you mean by "loyal customers"!? I'm very disappointed by this unusual and unacceptable service!"
