I had no choice because my usual collection point was closed... I usually support small businesses; it's my priority, like always buying something from my greengrocer. But this wine merchant's shop is already a mess. I strongly advise against going there... It's a shame because it's located on the road to Celony, but he made absolutely no effort... No photos. At that point, you're not a collection point... sorry"

"Avoid this parcel drop-off point. I drove a long way to drop off a package only to be told by the man that they wouldn't reopen until January. At that point, you should have indicated the unavailability of your chosen drop-off point on the platforms you were dealing with. Pure amateurism 👏"

"Avoid this parcel pickup point at all costs! After cycling over 15 kilometers in extremely difficult conditions, I found the pickup point closed at 4 PM, even though it opens at 3:30 PM. So I drove back, stuck in heavy traffic, only to be told with absolute certainty that my package hadn't been received… I insisted repeatedly, and there were only about ten other packages, and finally, he was there, all while the person was glued to their phone! Complete disrespect!"
