"I knew barracuda would be good when I first saw the blood running down the street outside in September. After that, it became an inside joke for my friends and I. In the past couple months we’ve started going for happy hour (buy one get one cocktails), and I can’t recommend the Jack Danny Sparrow enough! Easily one of the best cocktails I’ve had and happy hour makes it affordable. Not to mention we like to go to Tortuga sometimes😉 We love taking Snapchats on the tablet out front. We’ve carved our names into the bathroom door with a key. My friend smoked a cigarette inside the bar and nobody cared! And all my friends have matching Barracuda shot glasses because they are so easy to steal from over the bar. Basically, it’s a wonderful haven of freedom and chaos. I thrive off of the energy this place exudes. What can I say? We just loveeeee Barracuda! America needs to take notes because Barracuda is the best and most chaotic bar in the world🏴‍☠️🐟🍻"

"We went there on a Saturday evening around 10pm. The bouncer did let us in easily. As we entered we decided after less than 1 minute to leave, because it was a very young crowd partying on very mainstream music decades ago. As we left, the bouncer asked us if we saw the bar downstairs. He was very friendly and guided us the way to get there. So downstairs there is a very nice and cozy bar, where there is no loud music playing. We had two rum for in total 32 €. You should be aware about the prices, but the rum was really good. We had a nice evening in the end."

"Absolutely terrible ! The staff is mediocre, the drinks are nothing special and expensive but the worst part are the people. Although the bar is gay friendly , the people there are very unfriendly to English speakers. There is an annoying atmosphere at the bar. I’m never going there again and if there is another option to go to, don’t hesitate to skip this bar"

"Honestly? It's overrated amd overpriced. Was disappointed by the atmosphere and music, although the decorations are cool. Very much a young bar. If you're older than 23 and you want to drink late, stick to the cafes open late instead."
