"I would have given less than one star if possible. Don't sign up to be a pickup point if you're not responsible enough to do it. My package arrived more than three days ago, and I still haven't received it. First day: closed. Second day: I see the packages, and he tells me to wait for his son because "he's not allowed to touch the packages." He tells me to come back in the evening, but I can't because I'm working, and the same goes for the following day. So he suggests I come back the morning of the fourth day. Fourth day: closed. I wait, wasting my time. CLOSED. Also, the phone number isn't up to date. I call, and I'm told the number isn't in service. The opening and closing hours are completely ignored. So, you're not respecting your obligations, your commitments, or your customers. With this mentality, I urge you to stop taking on responsibilities that are greater than you are capable of."
