"While passing through Aix, I had the opportunity and the pleasure of buying a swimsuit in this lovely boutique. Excellent welcome and very good advice, the saleswoman was able to offer me a choice of swimsuits suited to my figure. I left delighted and will return with great pleasure. The collection this year is magnificent."

"An uncomfortable experience. For a brand that claims to be luxury, the welcome was subpar. The saleswoman refused to let me try on a swimsuit on the pretext that the size in the store was too big. Instead, she pushed me to try on the black model when I could have also tried on the red one to see the color, even if it meant ordering it, despite my insistence. Similarly, when I "allowed" myself to select another model, she took it and put it back instead of putting it in the fitting room, telling me she would get the right size, without offering me any advice beforehand. The communication was contemptuous and the attitude toward the customer patronizing. Providing advice would have been more appropriate, and of course, without interfering with the fitting. Fortunately, this may not be lost on this store, as there are sales training programs available; however, soft skills are harder to change. Regarding the fitting room, it was small and dimly lit, making it hard to see if a swimsuit would fit in a closet... So I preferred to buy three swimsuits elsewhere and won't be visiting that store again. PS: Pain de sucre regularly has private showrooms if you want to get a great deal without a bad sales experience."

"The reception needs to be improved. I came to find a style because my mother wanted to buy me my first Sugarloaf swimsuit. The saleswoman wasn't attentive to my wishes at all (a plain black swimsuit with a thong bottom, I was directed toward a sequined top and panty bottoms... I had to point out more classic styles myself). I really felt like I was in the way when I asked to try them on. Finally, when I left the changing room, I asked the name of the top style so I could remember it when I returned with my mother. The response: "If you come back, I'll remember it"... In short: an unpleasant experience (her colleague, however, seemed much more welcoming). Given the price of the swimsuits, my mother ultimately didn't want to shop in this store. So we went to the one in Marseille, which I highly recommend!"
