"The chocolate is superb. The owner of this shop is so knowledgeable and careful and particular about her chocolate. I really respect this but i think that to Americans this can come across as rude because we are used to picking up and touching everything before we buy it but try to put yourself in a place of imagining you really cared about the product you were selling and that you really cared about your customers and it might be easier to understand why a shopkeeper would insist on quality control by not allowing a customer to touch food with hands she does not know are clean or gentle. So, if you can accept that you are in a fine chocolate shop and not in Chula Vista picking out chocolate from a Von's bin you may leave with the best chocolate in Aix-en-Provence created by an artist who has achieved France's highest honors for his skill. I want to add that the shopkeeper was so kind and helpful this morning when I tried to practice my terrible French and it was a really lovely moment to have an actual conversation with a patient person en français."

"Very bad experience, the old lady was very unpleasant, doesn't speak English but acting very rough and don't give me opportunity to read the content on english label. I entered with hope to buy some chocolate for my kid and wife, but left the shop with very bad feelings and never will comeback again."

"Excellent service same as in Montpellier, just a pitty this branch did not have loose pralines and ganaches to make a selection, only the pre-packaged boxes, at least on the day I visited."
