"I'm fed up with cars parking in front of this snack bar and taking up all the space on the sidewalk. Pedestrians then have to get off the sidewalk to go around the vehicle and find themselves on the road to then be able to get back on the sidewalk. This antisocial behavior of harmful people who never respect anything or anyone should be systematically fined so that it stops since only the balance of power is understood by this type of individual."
