"The bakers are very, very friendly, and the contrast with the people at the checkout is shocking. On one hand, we have smiling staff asking how things are, and on the other, a completely out-of-touch elderly person, who's grumpy about the 6 a.m. shift... Honestly, it's not appealing... I think retirement is necessary for the well-being of the neighborhood."
