"Beautifully furnished chambre d'hote. Four rooms, a very large living room with a seating area and dining table for breakfast, a fully equipped kitchen that can be used by guests. There's also a dining table here. Excellent service from the hostess. A swimming pool with loungers and a seating area. Aix-en-Provence is an ideal base for exploring Provence."

"Had a wonderful stay here with my husband , mum and toddler recently. We booked two rooms and the accommodation was beautiful, very well appointed and immaculate. The pool was perfect and the gardens very well maintained. The location was great both for visiting Aix town and drives out to the Luberon. Breakfast was a feast of freshly prepared breads, pastries and local fruit and cheeses. The best part of the stay was Laurence, who was the most gracious hostess with excellent tips and useful advice. Unfortunately my baby fell ill during our stay but Laurence went above and beyond to help us, including booking us an appointment with a paediatrician. I would highly recommend a stay at Le Four Des Barnes!"

"Luxurious and cozy. We had a great stay for a weekend. We felt like home and everything was arranged as expected. The room was luxurious and cozy, nicely decorated, like a modern mansion respecting the local style. Laurence the host was very kind and helpful, offered us a great homemade breakfast and advices (also very good English speaking if needed). The location is quite, a few minutes drive from Aix, ideal for relaxing."
