"Hello everyone, I'm very surprised by all these unpleasant comments. I've been a customer at this bakery for over 10 years and I've always been very well received. The cakes are excellent (which is increasingly rare to find). As for the breads, sandwiches, pizzas, and other items, I've never been disappointed. I recommend this bakery to everyone, whether some people like it or not 🤣"

"I'm a neighbor and I'm forced to drive 3 kilometers to get my bread because the two young saleswomen are awful and insolent. Apart from the older lady who I think brings a bit of warmth to the place and who's often there in the evenings, I advise you to take some serious action to improve your business. "I am writing to denounce the poor service at this establishment. Even just getting bread or pastries takes a few minutes. Yet, within those few minutes, the staff manage to be insolent and unpleasant. I advise you to change your staff because this young blonde woman with blue eyes is neither smiling nor able to speak properly. It's a real shame because Bouc-Bel-Aire is a lovely village."

"I was served by the owner early in the morning. An inedible €3.50 almond croissant, thrown in the trash. The product was a few days old. I complained to the saleswoman, but she completely ignored me. I won't set foot in there again!"

"I bought some almond crunchies this afternoon for almost 10€, they are completely dry and questionable... I don't think they are from today or this week for that matter... I'm not saying they are out of date but on the other hand they are clearly old and should not be on sale. It would have been nice to warn me and be honest. I will unfortunately not come back to this bakery."
