"Very good spread o' bread, roomy shop, and pretty good parking outside. Pastries are good, but the bread is superb."

"Great bread! Not your typical French bakery so you won't find pastries (except an amazing brioche) but the bread is so worth it! Cannot recommend enough!"

"I recently visited The Bread Factory in Aix-en-Provence, France, and I was blown away by the exceptional quality of their bread. From the very first bite, it was evident that this bakery is truly skilled in their craft. The crust boasted a perfect crispness, while the crumb had a delightful texture that was both light and chewy. The focal point of The Bread Factory is undeniably their outstanding bread. Although they don't offer pastries, their dedication to breadmaking is evident in every loaf they produce. During my visit, I had the pleasure of trying their wheat bread covered in toasted seeds, and it was a true highlight. The exceptional flavor in the crust and the use of high-quality flour left me completely satisfied. Overall, The Bread Factory in Aix-en-Provence left a lasting impression on me with their exceptional bread. The combination of perfect crust, delightful crumb, and outstanding flavor made for an unforgettable experience. There's no denying that this bakery is a true haven for bread lovers. If you have the opportunity, I highly recommend visiting The Bread Factory in Aix-en-Provence for an exceptional bread experience."

"The best pain d'olive (bread with olives baked into it) I've ever eaten. Good baguettes too. Not cheap but you get what you pay for."
