"A wonderful shop in the historic center of Aix-en-Provence, in this store you can breathe the gastronomic Provence. Calissons are my favorite sweets, in the classic version with almonds and candied melon they are the best. Inside the shop you can find many typical biscuits, with beautiful tin packages to give as gifts. There are many sweets, you will also find those both in gift packaging and loose to eat on the spot. The very kind sales assistant. I recommend everyone to stop by if you are on vacation in the wonderful Aix-en-Provence!"

"Nice shop but we didn’t enjoy their pastries. Their madeleines were so dry we couldn’t eat them. The shop was designed well and the staff was friendly, which is why I gave the 3 stars, but the food we got from here was not good. They have nicely packaged stuff that we thought would be great to take home as a gift, however after trying their products we decided it wasn’t worth bringing it home and we left it behind. However they did have a wide selection of goodies. There may be some good ones hidden in there but unfortunately we didn’t find them. If you’re looking for madeleines I’d highly recommend you go to Christophe Madeleines just up the street. Those were the best I’ve ever had and are a great price."
