"I bought a Tropézienne cake two weeks ago: excellent (fragrant, good brioche, good pastry cream and whipped cream) even though I hadn't ordered it. I bought another Tropézienne cake yesterday, and it was completely different; very disappointed because the brioche was tasteless, really ordinary, even though I had ordered it. I'd like to know if this pastry shop works with several different pastry chefs, and why there's such a difference from one order to the next. It's a shame, but it makes me unreliable.
