"I heard about this Quebecois who was crazy enough to open a bakery in Aix-en-Provence. I had to try it. I bought the olive bread and it was heaven. I ate the entire loaf myself while walking around town. I wish I had the time and appetite to try more."

"The moment you enter the shop you are confronted with the most amazing smell of a large variety of warm breads. Everything we bought tasted divine. The olive and cheddar roll was perfection."

"Exceptional bread, though expensive. The variety of breads, flours, ingredients is quite impressive. I find this to be the best bakery in Aix en Provence. Having said that, it is quite expensive, hence the “value for money” is not great."

"Such an amazing bakery in the middle of the city. You're bound to walk away with more than what you need as there are so many things to try. They have sweet, to savory to your basic bread goods."
