"Almost €50 for a box of calissons, a box of fruit jellies, and two candied chestnuts bought individually because they were so expensive... It was for a gift, but unfortunately, the recipient made it clear they weren't a fan of fruit jellies, so I went back to the shop less than a week after my purchase, with my receipt and the box completely intact, its seal still intact proving it hadn't been opened. No change, no refund, no offer, no gesture of goodwill, thank you, goodbye."
