"Bad experience today. I'm a loyal customer of the brand during the Christmas and Easter holidays (though not at this particular store). I received a very poor welcome; the staff wasn't smiling. It took me ages to open the door with a child in a stroller, and no one from the team came to help me. I ordered two boxes of chocolates and went to the checkout. There was another person at the register, and the cashier who served me offered a tasting to the other customers next to me, without offering it to me, even though I had just bought two boxes! I'm outraged. Do they offer chocolates based on who you are? I demanded a tasting! No apology, nothing from the cashier! This is the first time this has ever happened to me! In my opinion, this is a total lack of respect, unacceptable for a brand like this!"
