"Léonard Parli has been a confectionery institution in Aix-en-Provence since 1874, renowned for its specialty, the Calisson d'Aix, but also for its candied fruits, chocolates, rusks, nougat, and more. The Léonard Parli shop is located just steps from the Saint-Sauveur Cathedral and the Pasteur retirement home. Maison Parli is a benchmark in high-end confectionery, not only for its Calisson d'Aix, but also for its candied fruits, nougat, pralines, rusks, and chocolates. Don't hesitate to indulge in the delectable treats of Maison Parli."

"A wonderful welcome from the friendly lady who runs the shop. A childhood memory; my mother swore by "Parli" calissons. The best calissons I've ever tasted, a real treat, not too sweet, nothing like the ones sold in supermarkets by competing brands. Can't wait to go back to Aix."

"Bought tasty calissons and the people were really nice to help us explain about the specialities in the region"

"A very pleasant shop with a very friendly welcome, where you can even taste some specialties (regular and raw calissons during my visit). The calissons are obviously delicious, but you definitely shouldn't miss the candied fruits, especially the melon, which are delicious. The shop is very well located. It's small but very welcoming, and foodies will find everything they need to delight them."
