"I don't know what's been going on for the past month and a half, but it's completely different. The Caesar salad used to be amazing, but now it's just old lettuce with incredibly hard pieces of bread. The worst part is the Buddha bowl I ordered today—the rice wasn't cooked! I don't usually complain, but selling a dish with hard rice for €10 is frankly ridiculous. You really need to take a good look at yourselves."

"I've been to this bakery several times to try the sandwiches, pastries, and Viennese pastries: the products are really very good, nothing to complain about the quality. On the other hand, it's a shame that one of the waitresses is so unpleasant. It seems like serving customers bothers her... No smiles, a closed attitude, and sighs at every question. It's unfortunate, because despite the excellent quality of the products, this poor service experience doesn't make you want to come back."
