"The staff seem unorganised. At least five members of staff working with most of them just standing there with customers waiting. They didn’t seem to know who was doing what. I had to ask several times for them to register what I ordered. Then, upon opening my 36€ order at home I realised that they got some items wrong. I hadn’t seen them packing the bag so didn’t realise before. I hope management will take this message as a hint to do some upskilling in customer service, team work and time management."
