"I don't often visit this bakery. The quality of the bread and pastries is good, but this morning the server was very stressed, fast, and unresponsive. Once I got home, I realized my cake wasn't the right one. I got a chocolate religieuse instead of the coffee one I requested. It was also wrapped in a pastry bag and arrived squashed. The staff was having a conversation in front of customers about the organization of their personal lives, which I found very inappropriate. The prices are quite high, and the service should be consistent."
