"This place is a great bakery! I've been going there almost every day since it opened. I understand some people's frustration with the shortages lately, but I don't understand why they're blaming the team who are trying their best to deal with this oven problem. I came by today and they were taking it all in their stride while they were apologizing; it's not cool. I put myself in their shoes; it must really be tough. Good luck to the whole team!"

"I'm increasingly disappointed with Ange on Route de Berre. This bakery deserves zero stars. It's nothing like the other two Ange bakeries in Aix-en-Provence. I bought an apple tart, half of which was undercooked, as well as some overcooked pain au chocolat. On top of that, the staff lacks professionalism, and the premises don't seem very clean. What does Ange's management do, other than respond to negative reviews and promise to take action? I won't be going to this bakery again."

"It's hard to do worse for a chain... I don't know a bakery like this one that doesn't offer bread every day after 6 p.m.... 6 p.m.! Rush hour... They must be losing at least 15% of their turnover because of this... They're really incompetent. Yesterday I went to reserve 7 loaves for the next day, I paid in advance, I came the next day at 6 p.m., and of course they forgot to take my order... There's absolutely no commitment to professional competence in this bakery. You'd think it was intentional."
