"uninteresting ride through aix with useless stop at the top of a mountain. we wanted to see the old town etc but it is just going around through uninteresting neighborhoods and 50% is about cezanne."

"We waited for the train at 11.15am next to the sign at the Cezanne sculpture on Sunday 8th June. It never came. No explanation why or no note on the sign at the pick up spot and nothing on the website I guess you could say the service is unreliable."

"Interesting little train ride through the narrow streets. Limited are facts are delivered by headphones (in many languages). Do this first before exploring on foot. You can buy tickets using a debit card directly at the train station- no need to queue up at the tourism office."

"Terrible! A waste of 20 euros (for two adults) and 45 minutes of our vacation time. The audio headphones didn’t work at all, so no English commentary for us. Some of us in the front car yelled at the driver to complain, but he either didn’t hear us or didn’t care, and so he just kept driving. And anyway, the French commentary over the speakers was minimal and hard to hear. So we just had a ride meandering through the streets of Aix-en-Provence, not knowing where we were or what we saw. After the tour, a couple of French women helped us to protest, but no refund or compensation from the driver. Oh well, c’est la vie en France."
