"The Grand Barret-Roc Fleuri Park forms the final section of the Coulée Verte (Green Corridor) linking the center of Aix-en-Provence to the Bibemus Plateau. It's a magnificent park, an extension of the Torse Park. It offers a very shady loop back to the Torse by following the Barret stream, or provides access to the Bibemus Plateau and the Sainte-Victoire mountain if you continue along the Escraou Pechou path."

"Since the Domaine du Roc Fleuri is a neighboring property, the use of the term Roc Fleuri in the name of this future public park is abusive and constitutes a detriment to the residents of this area. It is also located on part of the Grand Barret property, which was purchased by the city. The name "Parc du Grand Barret" is therefore the correct one."
