"It's a shame we can't give 0 stars. It's impossible to pick up a package while you're working due to the hours. The person is as rude as can be. It's shameful."

"A pickup point that doesn't do its job! Unfortunately, I can't give less than one star. When my registered letters are redirected to Super U, I have to make three or four trips before they finally deliver them. La Poste customers aren't a priority, and they make that perfectly clear. They don't know how to search for registered letters. Searching by number or name seems too complicated. I'm regularly told I have to come back later! I'm pregnant, and they don't seem to mind giving me the runaround. I don't have time to chase after incompetent service. This establishment is a showcase that overshadows the La Poste company."

"It's impossible to pick up a package because I work from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. every day! I had to leave work an hour early to pick up a package. I arrived at 4:45 p.m., there were two people in front of me, but no one to serve us. The cashier arrived at 5 p.m. to tell us it was closed! Outrageous, LA POSTE, please close this collection point because I no longer want my packages to go there, but clearly I have no choice! The problem isn't the cashiers (friendly, smiling...). The problem is the overload you're giving them. Either hire someone to staff the collection point all day, at least until 6 p.m., or close it!"

"Useless service. The person at reception is lovely, but completely overwhelmed. I also gathered that she hadn't received any training... The opening hours are completely erratic, so if you work like me (8am-6pm), pray you can pick up a package on time, or take half a day off work to be sure of arriving during the opening hours. If you have the option, send your packages to other collection points."
