"There's a blonde woman who's been there for years, and she's truly the friendliest, most accommodating, and courteous person I've ever met in a public service. Always ready to help, and always willing to take the time to assist people who don't understand the procedures, like the elderly. Congratulations to you, madam, for your work, which isn't easy every day given the number of difficult people who approach you as if you were responsible for the problems of the postal service and practically the entire world."

"One person for the bank counter and parcels, more than 3 quarters of an hour of waiting, there were 3 counters before. We need to update customer files, etc. I am a counter clerk and I was very surprised by the service today. Not to mention the impatient people waiting."

"As a regular user of this Cabriès Calas post office for over 10 years, I would like to bear witness to the slow—but inexorable—decline in quality at the "Société" La Poste (since it hasn't been a public service for a long time). The elimination of mail and parcel delivery in favor of a "local" platform. The results: no more daily mail, and at best... twice-weekly delivery, with some letters and magazines even arriving... 10 to 20 days after the postage date! Drastic reduction in opening hours for the "public" (Oh, I'm so stupid, "customers"); Only one post office attendant, compared to 3 to 4 attendants in the post office in the neighboring town, which now has barely more than the 12,000 inhabitants (again, how stupid I am for "customers") of our town; The only consolation is that our only employee devotes herself selflessly and (often) accepts being told off because of the disorganization of the quality and public service of a "Company" which now only cares about its activity as a... Postal Bank."
