"My mother bought a package on Friday. The size was too small, but she couldn't go to the office until today, Monday. I'm a customer service representative myself, and I know that with the receipt, an exchange is possible quickly, given the reduced sales. She went back to the office today, and they told her she should have come in that day. She bought another package—a necessary Christmas delivery—isn't that considered forced selling? It's appalling."

"Extremely disappointing service. Having lived in Bouc-Bel-Air my entire life, I have never been received in such an unpleasant manner. The staff displayed appalling bad faith. Avoid at all costs."

"We came at the beginning of September to post a package. We received help from two people at reception, who were charming, professional, and dedicated. We don't live in Bouc Bel Air, but we would definitely come back if needed. This is the first time we've left a post office with a smile. Thank you to the team."

"Once again "the package could not be delivered" while I work from home! Maybe you should review your delivery system. You have a big, big problem. And I'm obviously not the only one saying this when I see the comments or go to the post office. Please do what is necessary...."
