"A terrible employee! Arrogant and refusing to give me my package even though I had the carrier's email, my ID, and a photo of my boyfriend's. Luckily, the manager was humane and kind. If I could avoid this post office, I would 100% avoid it."

"Catastrophic. This is the second time that the postman has not come when he was supposed to pick up a Vinted package. I received an email telling me that my package had not been found. I was offered a collection on another date, except that when I reached the end of the procedure, the site told me that the package number was not recognized, "technical error."
