"Half the time, the Colissimo delivery driver is clearly too lazy to deliver my packages! Bad luck for him today; I was home, yet he indicated that no one was there to receive the package. I received no calls or messages. Shameful. I filed a complaint because this has happened to me several times already!"

"Holding back for over a year on a service that is always on the edge of what is acceptable, but this is too much! Between the untimely closures, the endless waits, the slowness of operations, we are walking on our heads. When we ask if we can be called back by a professional advisor to establish a specific quote for a service, being a professional customer, dropping off all my shipments regularly, therefore being a regular customer, having my professional card, my passport in photo on my phone, I saw my request refused on the pretext that I did not have my passport physically and that the gentleman must validate with his biometric eye the conformity of my face and my physical passport! But who are we kidding???? Frankly it is shameful, the customer is considered a piece of crap and paid on top of it... Well I will try to find a private company that offers the same service! Office to be avoided!"
