"No one has mentioned it, but for anything related to withdrawals, mailing, etc., it's done at the U'tile supermarket, which is right next door... and the hours are Monday to Saturday, 8:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., and Sunday, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. A lot of people, including myself, have been fooled because you could see the shutter closed. It's just that it's rather poorly signposted, except that their information form posted on the window just shows the "Utile" logo next to the "la poste relais" sign, that's why it caught my eye ^^"

"During a withdrawal at the ATM of the Gambetta post office in Aix-en-Provence, I couldn't retrieve my card at the end of the transaction; it only extended by a millimeter. The post office employee advised me to return the next day to return it. The following day, one of the employees verbally admitted in front of witnesses (the other employees present) that the ATM was improperly calibrated. The employee responsible for returning the card called the national card center in front of me, and they refused to authorize its return. The employee then advised me to call my bank: ING Direct. The ING advisor confirmed that there was no block on their end, advised me to cancel my card, and offered to issue me a new one free of charge. She also asked me for a statement from the post office indicating that the ATM was improperly calibrated at the time of my withdrawal. After an hour of discussion, I was forced to leave for the 12:00 PM closing time. I returned when the store opened at 2 PM. The employee asked me to wait for the manager, who would be there shortly. I waited for an hour, but unable to waste any more time, I had to give up. As a result, I was charged 40 euros through my bank, and the only way to avoid it was to obtain a statement indicating that I was not responsible for the ATM malfunction. Anik Libourel"
