"The processing time was far too long for the need. The managers were unfriendly, unsmiling, and unhelpful. The information relayed was inaccurate, forcing us to run all over Venelles (for no reason, as the other sorting center is no better in the three previous areas). I am very disappointed with the company and its organization. It hasn't adapted to the needs of today's society. This makes me want to become a parcel collection point myself."
