"Package announced for delivery but not delivered, with a message indicating my absence, even though I was there!!! Conversation impossible with a machine that doesn't understand my request and doesn't answer any of the questions asked, for this urgently needed package. So, total dissatisfaction with the "services" of the Post Office."

"I was amazed this morning when I went to pick up a package at the Puyricard post office: On Fridays, market day, if you have to wait (which I didn't), they offer chairs and treats to while you wait...!! The office is always open during normal hours, and the staff are extremely welcoming and friendly. This is also the case for all the Puyricard town hall services, as well as the technical services and the municipal police. It's a great place to live...but don't spread the word!"

"A post office in village is so important, I found they are providing good support for local. As local residence, I found it is absurd to see this rating. It is not fair to give such rating if you have just unique experience not good for yourself. Generally they are very nice and willing to help"

"I had few issues with this post office!!missing mail... the staff have no answers when you have a problem. they will ask you to call the customer service and when you do, the customer service can't help you either, they ask you to send everything in writing . .so in the end nothing gets sorted and you never see your mail or order !!! .sometime they don't open when they are meant to. so in the end you are left very frustrated with a poor service!!"
