"I have concerned with my parcel that i sent it AUGUST 14, 2025 until now SEPTEMBER 25, 2025 . THEY DON'T HAVE ANY UPDATE . And they don't gave any proof that the parcel they sent it or not.. They gave just only the website that where i complain . And i ask the person give me some email address that i direct to ask my concern about the parcel and they told me "NO" Is it the way you gave some update to our concern? "say No?!" Really. Btw . My friend from kuwait he went to the la poste kuwait and he said to the update with The parcel is still here in France..."

"Hary was amazing to us, he helped me to send 3 parcels all over the world, he spoke perfect English and even showed my children some magic tricks while they patiently waited for me. I dread going to the post office as a non French speaking person and Hary just really made our day!!!! Thank you Hary!!!"
