"This is my private paradise. I love the trees and fountains, the quiet and clean place. Well maintained, very close to the city center, in my opinion it is the ideal residence to live in Aix-en-Provence for singles, couples, families or retirees."

"This location has the advantage of not being overcrowded by buildings built too close together. There are numerous green spaces, all impeccably maintained. While not overly policing, the residents of this condominium are dedicated to keeping it in good condition. Finally, its wide red-brick vista, framed by two reflecting pools with fountains, gives it a distinctive character."
