"Intervened to straighten a tree whose posts were no longer supporting a residence. Expert-level incompetence! And the worst part is, if someone had happened to be passing by when the tree fell (yes, it fell after the intervention), the company would have been held responsible. (We would have filed a complaint, of course.) The photos show how the tree was straightened. This is an extraordinary level of incompetence. "Avoid!!! Unprofessional service providers. They've been taking care of our small residence for six months. They leave the trees dead, and when they mow our lawn, they leave the excess root ball choking the little remaining grass... A word of advice: move on..."
