"I had a bad experience when I asked for a simple question about getting a duplicate key. The woman at reception, who was quite large, spoke to me curtly and was really unwelcoming. She had no patience, no desire to help; we felt like we were bothering her. Frankly, it doesn't make me want to come back."

"After politely asking for a printout, I asked to pay by card, to which I was told, "Oh no, not at all, we don't take cards." A little surprised, I asked, "Not at all, not at all??" I was told, "It's 10 euros, so there you go, have a nice day!" 🤡 So I came back with change, and the saleswoman deliberately turned her back on me, so her colleague served me, "forgetting" to respond to my initial greeting. After insisting on being polite (basic, really, right? 😂 ), the salesperson asked me, "So, did we find any change?" To which I replied, "I had no choice because you don't take cards 🤷‍♀️," and here is the response from this wonderful salesperson, "Oh, well, you could have gone somewhere else, not here!" » Well, listen, my dear sir, for all my other purchases, in fact, I would go elsewhere ☺️ I wish you good luck in having this mindset and this kindness towards customers! Thank you for this moment, in any case, I had a good laugh when I got home 😂"
