"Very disappointed with EJH's latest service. This comment is because Enzo, the manager, is aware of it but has remained silent for a week. We have been using EJH to maintain our garden for several years. But the January service was largely inadequate and caused damage. The work of EJH's subcontractor, Michel, who came in, is not at all what it used to be. Here are the supporting photos: - Synthetic lawn irreparably burned in 8 places by the use of a tool that was visibly too hot. UNACCEPTABLE. - Shrubs forgotten during mowing despite being reminded several times. - Branches cut and forgotten at the top of trimmed shrubs. Forcing me to take a trip with a loaded station wagon to the dump. - Upper branches of bushes not cut. - Cables along the edges of hedges severed by the mowing machine. - Tools visibly poorly sharpened because the cuts are not clean but frayed. - Finally, the pruning of the two olive trees was a cursory trimming and not as planned (done by Enzo). EJH may be a very good pruner, but he is no longer up to the task of pruning and garden maintenance, and that's a shame."

"I recommend them 200%. Called Saturday at 4:45 p.m. for the project of felling a 12-meter palm tree, they came the following Wednesday and everything was finished by 11:30 a.m. Despite the difficult access, with their boom lift and truck, they did a quick, neat, and clean job. Very professional and at a very competitive price. Plus, they're very friendly. Well done and thank you."
