"I've been a Cyberproject customer since 1999, even though I live 17 km away. I would have given them a 5/5 rating without hesitation. However, in the last few months, the service has changed! A printer problem wasn't resolved, even though my granddaughter managed to fix it... A Windows 10 to Windows 11 upgrade cost me €228, even though I should have been informed of the price beforehand; I would have only done it in January. I came to pick up my computer tower on a Thursday evening. Seeing that I was stuck in traffic on the motorway, I called to ask them to wait for me. I arrived at precisely 6:12 pm, and they were closed! I had to come back the next day, an extra 34 km! My email had been hacked, and all my contacts were gone. You weren't able to recover them. So, I had Mr. Portelli come to my house (an additional €79). He managed to recover my contacts... So goodbye Cyberproject!"
