"Today marks a year since I signed up for this program, and I can say it's the best decision I've ever made. The atmosphere is incredible: the members are always smiling, caring, and motivating. Here, we encourage each other and push ourselves together. The coach is attentive, educational, and pushes us to give the best of ourselves. To all the women (and men) who are hesitant: go for it! But also to all those who think it's "not for them": the coach will support you and help you progress at your own pace. I highly recommend it!"
