"Terrible service, was unable to check in with a confirmed booking through booking.com and was told we do not have a booking. The woman on the desk was rude and would only check us in at a higher price! None of the staff were wearing masks. Better service training should be provided ASAP. Incompetence would be an understatement!"

"Wonderful staff. Very friendly and helpful. The buffet was very nice and reasonably priced. The kid menus were only 6 euros but my daughter hated the kids burger and only ate two bites. I would likely choose McDonald’s next time with my picky kids but for me this was a nice environment and the right price."
